01The short version

Be kind, keep it clean, and don't spam.

All rooms follow the LibraIRC network rules. Channel operators may mute, kick or ban anyone who breaks them.

02Room rules

1. English in the main rooms, so everyone can follow along (#india welcomes other languages too).
2. No harassment or hate — no insults, threats, slurs or targeting anyone for who they are.
3. No sexual content in rooms or unsolicited private messages.
4. No spam or advertising — no flooding, repeated text, or invites to other servers and sites.
5. Respect privacy — don't ask for or share personal details like addresses or phone numbers.
6. No unsolicited PMs — ask in the room first.
7. Follow the operators. Disagree with a decision? Raise it politely through the helpdesk.

03Reports & appeals

Note the nickname and time, tell a channel operator, or open a ticket at the LibraIRC helpdesk. Think you were banned by mistake? Appeal through the same helpdesk.
